CROMOXYLTM

A selection of 2:1 metal complex acid dyestuffs, disulphonated, constitutes this range of dyestuffs, suitable for application on wool, silk and polyamide, and having the following characteristics:
  • Very high light fastness
  • Superior general fastnesses
  • Excellent dyeing power
  • Superior degree of exhaustion of Dye-bath
Physical form:
  • Water based concentrated solution CROMOXYLTM /L
Due to the superior level of purity of the colour, effluents of the exhausted dye-bath show characteristics within the limits imposed to sewage water as specified by the Italian law (D.Lgs.152/06).

DYEING METHODS:



The use of a levelling agent allows to achieve more uniform dyeing, in case of light to medium shades, as well as to achieve the desired typical fastness. The levelness of dyeing is also achieved by increasing the temperature of the dyeing process (105°C for wool, 110-120°C for PA) this allows, also, the reduction of the processing time. Cromoxyl dyes can also be used for dyeing of wool blends (i.e.: acrylic-wool) from single bath dyeing process.
